CGC – Gearbox Reversible


CGC series large power marine gearbox has the function of astern-ahead, clutch-in and clutch-out and speed reduction. They are widely used in the FPP systems driven by the non-reversible medium speed diesel engines. The gearboxes are designed as single or double geared drive and the input and output shafts can be arranged coaxially or with horizontal or vertical or diagonal offsets. The compact CGC reversible gears cover a power transmission range from 0.25 to 20 kW/rpm reduction ratio 2-6, and input speed 400-1800rpm. Gears are made of premium low-carbon alloy steel, after carburizing and quenching treatment, gear grinding and teeth modification processes, quality of Grade 5 of ISO1328-1:1995 is obtainable.

CKV – Gearbox Non-Reversible


With the function of speed reduction, clutch-in and out, PTO and PTI, the CKV/CKH series gear boxes are widely used in the main CPP systems driven by the non-reversible medium speed diesel engines.

CKV/CKH series gearboxes are designed as single or double geared drive. The input and output shafts are arranged with vertical offset (CKV series) or with horizontal offset (CHV series). The rated torque transmission capacity can be up to 0.25~30kW/rpm. Gears are made of premium low-carbon alloy steel, after carburizing and quenching treatment, gear grinding and teeth modification processes, quality of Grade 5 of ISO1328-1:1995 is obtainable.
