NGC Marine

OPS has previously supplied NGC Marine's propulsion and transmission range -- Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of marine gearboxes, propellers and thrusters. • Gearboxes

  Reversible and non-reversible marine reduction gearboxes, for astern/ahead, clutch and speed-reduction duty behind non-reversible medium-speed diesel engines.

• Azimuth thrusters

  Z-drive and L-drive arrangements transmitting diesel, electric or hydraulic power through to the propeller, for improved propulsion efficiency and manoeuvrability.

• Tunnel thrusters

  Controllable-pitch (up to 3,000kW) and fixed-pitch (up to 1,000kW) tunnel thrusters, for continuous offshore duty or intermittent duty such as ship docking.

• Controllable pitch propellers (CPP)

  1,120mm to 6,700mm diameter, up to 17,000kW, with an optional power take-off for a shaft generator or fire pump.

• Fixed pitch propellers (FPP) & shafting

  Propellers up to 8m diameter, with shafting up to 14m long and 1.6m diameter.
